MINSK, 23 September (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and his Omani counterpart Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah discussed the exchange of visits at the high and supreme levels, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Vladimir Makei expressed interest in strengthening relations between Belarus and Oman in the political, trade and economic areas. The parties also discussed the exchange of visits at the high and supreme levels,” the press service said.
The Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs took note of the recent visit of Omani businessmen to Belarus and their meeting with President Alexander Lukashenko in September 2016.
