Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko does not rule out the possibility that the drone attack on the Russian president’s residence in Novgorod Oblast was supposed to disrupt the negotiations on a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine. The Belarusian head of state made the relevant statement in front of reporters in Minsk on 31 December.
