Mirnyi into ASB Classic doubles final in Auckland

MINSK, 12 January (BelTA) – Belarus' Max Mirnyi and Philipp Oswald of Austria have booked their places in a second ATP World Tour final with a 7-6(7), 7-6(6) victory over second seeds Raven Klaasen and Michael Venus in one hour and 39 minutes at the ASB Classic doubles event in Auckland, New Zealand, BelTA has learned.

Max Mirnyi and Philipp Oswald will play top seeds Oliver Marach of Austria and Mate Pavic of Croatia in the doubles final on Saturday.

Belarus' Andrei Vasilevsky and Hans Podlipnik Castillo of Chile will take on the Israeli-Indian tandem Jonathan Erlich and Divij Sharan at the Canberra Challenger.

Belarus' Aryna Sabalenka and Veronika Kudermetova will face Elise Mertens of Belgium and Demi Schuurs from the Netherlands in the Hobart International doubles semifinal.
