Ignatik out of 2019 Zhangjiagang Challenger

MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – Belarus' world number 249 Uladzimir Ignatik lost his quarterfinal match to World No.223 Viktor Galovic of Croatia 4-6, 2-6 at the 2019 Zhangjiagang International Challenger in China, BelTA has learned.

Earlier, the Belarusian defeated World No.286 Goncalo Oliveira of Portugal 6-3, 6-2 and Australia's world number 300 Andrew Harris 6-2, 7-5.

In the Miami Open round of Last 64 Belarus' world number nine Aryna Sabalenka will face World No.40 Ajla Tomljanovic of Australia. Belarus' world number 36 Aliaksandra Sasnovich will play former world number one and current world 13 Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark. In the round of Last 32 Belarus' Lidziya Marozava and Japan's Shuko Aoyama will take on the Japanese duet of Miyu Kato and Makoto Ninomiya.
