Huskova 5th at 2021 FIS Freestyle Ski World Championships

MINSK, 10 March (BelTA) – Belarusian freestyle skier Hanna Huskova placed 5th at the 2021 FIS Freestyle Ski World Championships in Shymbulak, Kazakhstan, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian's final score was 79.69 points. Laura Peel won the event with 106.46 points. Second was Ashey Caldwell of the United States (101.74 points). Russia's Liubov Nikitina placed third with 94.47 points.

Hanna Huskova placed 12th with 80.04 points in the qualification and finished third in Final 1 with 85.05 points behind Australia's Danielle Scott (92.61 points) and Canada's Marion Thenault (86.01 points).

The men's event was won by Russia's Maxim Burov who defended the title with the score of 135 points. Silver went to Christopher Lillis of the United States (133.50 points). Bronze was collected by Russia's Pavel Krotov (127.50). Belarusians did not qualify for the final.
