MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) – Belarusian javelin thrower Tatsiana Khaladovich placed sixth at the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships in Doha, BelTA has learned.
Tatsiana Khaladovich's second attempt of 60.84m placed her in top eight.
Her third attempt of 62.54m enabled the athlete to join the team that performed another three attempts. Tatsiana Khaladovich placed sixth in the final protocol.
Gold went to Kelsey-Lee Barber of Australia (66.56m). Liu Shiying of China placed second with 65.88m. Her teammate Lyu Huihui collected bronze (65.49m).
