Yelena Leonovich awarded Order of Honor

VITEBSK, 1 March (BelTA) – Physician-in-Chief of the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Maternity Hospital Yelena Leonovich has been awarded the Order of Honor by the president's decree of 26 February.
