MINSK, 23 February (BelTA) - Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Zayniddin Nizamkhodjaev praised the organizational level of the elections in Belarus as he spoke to the media after his meeting with Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus Igor Karpenko on 23 February, BelTA has learned.
“We arrived in Belarus yesterday. Before arrival, we monitored the preparatory work of the CEC of the Republic of Belarus. We are impressed by the very high level of organization, which meets all high international standards,” Zayniddin Nizamkhodjaev said.
“I am confident that the Belarusian people will elect worthy people to parliament and local councils,” the CEC head added.
