MINSK, 9 March (BelTA) - Rosatom State Corporation together with the Minsk Nuclear Energy Information Center will hold an online meeting "Electric Transport Trends in Belarus" with the support of the Energy Ministry on 23 March, BelTA learned from the press service of the state corporation.
“Have you ever wondered whether it's time to switch from petrol cars to electric cars? Are e-cars really cheaper and e-bikes even more comfortable? Electric transport is becoming increasingly popular fast replacing other modes of transport. Is it the transport of the future? We invite you to discuss these issues together during a free web-based event on 23 March,” the press service said.
During the online meeting, experts will share their forecasts of the development of green transport in Belarus in the next five years, on whether there is enough energy to ensure the development of electric transport, and will talk about personal experience of using electric cars and electric scooters.
