MINSK, 21 March (BelTA) - The memorial office of late Metropolitan Filaret, Honorary Patriarch Exarch of All Belarus, was opened on 21 March, the birthday of the archpastor, at the Church-Historical Museum of the Belarusian Orthodox Church.
