MINSK, 15 December (BelTA) - State Secretary of the Belarusian Security Council Aleksandr Volfovich met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Minsk on 15 December, BelTA has learned.

During the negotiations, the parties exchanged views on current issues of the international and regional agenda, and also discussed a range of areas of bilateral cooperation, noting its positive dynamics. Furthermore, interest was expressed in developing bilateral cooperation in security, including within the framework of international organizations.


The State Secretariat of the Belarusian Security Council has confirmed its readiness to continue providing the necessary support for the development of inter-agency relations between the law enforcement and security agencies of the two countries.
