MINSK, 16 August (BelTA) - U.S. President Donald Trump has stated his intention to hold another meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. He made the remarks during an interview with Fox News.

Donald Trump said he plans to meet with Vladimir Putin again following their 15 August talks in Alaska, citing significant potential for cooperation between Moscow and Washington.
Russia and the USA have enormous potential for cooperation, Donald Trump told Fox News. He highlighted economic ties as a particularly promising area for bilateral relations. The U.S. president went on saying that Russia has very valuable land and the two countries have tremendous potential to build great relations, excellent business relations.
The meeting between Putin and Trump took place at Elmendorf-Richardson military base in Anchorage, Alaska. The two leaders held discussions with their respective delegations, with the talks lasting approximately three hours.
