Serbia grateful to Belarus, Russia for support on sovereignty issues

MINSK, 31 March (BelTA) - A meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus Sergei Malinovsky, Russian Ambassador Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko, and Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić took place at the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 30 March, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral relations, including upcoming events in both bilateral and multilateral formats. They also exchanged views on the international and regional situation.

The heads of the Belarusian and Russian diplomatic missions presented information on international initiatives jointly promoted by Belarus and Russia.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed gratitude for the principled stance and support from Belarus and Russia regarding the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.
