Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa visited the Brest Hero Fortress memorial complex and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame on 12 May. He also observed a minute of silence to honor the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland and victims of the Great Patriotic War and made an entry in the book of honorary guests.
