Belarus is ready to implement mutually beneficial projects with Libya in manufacturing, agriculture and other sectors of the economy, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said as he met with Field Marshal and Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army Khalifa Belqasim Haftar on 18 February.
