The development of bilateral economic and industrial cooperation with the Penza Oblast of Russia was discussed in Mogilev within the framework of the economic forum. Prior to the event, the delegation from the Russian region headed by Governor of Penza Oblast Oleg Melnichenko toured the Mogilev-based manufacturer of engine components Tehnolit.
