PARLATINO delegation arrives in Belarus on official visit A delegation of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament (PARLATINO) has arrived in Belarus on an official visit. Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus and Chairman of the International Affairs Commission of the House of Representatives Sergei Rachkov greeted the delegation at Minsk National Airport.
