Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Kremlin wall in Moscow on 24 June.
The ceremony was attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin and other heads of state who arrived in the Russian capital for the celebrations in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. They observed a minute of silence in memory of those who died during the war.
