Belarus is an Open Book dialogue in Minsk

We need to use modern technology to popularize books, writers and reading, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the BRSM Youth Union, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Dmitry Voronyuk said at the dialogue Belarus is an Open Book in Minsk on 6 February.
