MINSK, 10 March (BelTA) – The list of apartment buildings and single family homes that will be built using subsidized loans in 2021 has been approved for the city of Minsk. This list was formalized by Decree No. 10 of the Architecture and Construction Ministry as of 22 February 2021. The document was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal on 10 March, BelTA informs.
In line with the document, the construction of 448 apartments with a total area of 29,300 square meters as well as 611 square meters of single family homes will be financed using subsidized loans this year. Belarusbank will provide Br16.161 million for this purpose, of which Br15.161 million will be allocated for the construction of apartment buildings, Br500,000 for building single family homes and Br500,000 for purchasing housing.
Local budgets are to allocate Br150 million to build engineering and transport infrastructure near residential buildings in 2021. Almost Br22 million will be provided by the central budget.
The document comes into force after its official publication.
