MINSK, 24 February (BelTA) – Belarus and Uzbekistan have agreed on specific food export volumes for 2026, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food told BelTA.
During Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin’s official visit to Uzbekistan, the government delegation held a number of important negotiations and meetings. The Belarusian business delegation includes Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Aleksandr Yakovchits, who is participating in negotiations on expanding the export of Belarusian products to Uzbekistan.
In Tashkent, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus and the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan signed a protocol on cooperation in the food sector, setting out specific volumes of export of Belarusian products to Uzbekistan for 2026.
