MINSK, 16 April (BelTA) – In Q1 2020 Belarusian companies and self-employed businessmen transported 89.7 million tonnes of cargoes, 89.5% as against January-March 2019, the National Statistics Committee told BelTA.
Freight mileage amounted to 29.1 billion tonne-kilometers, 87.4% as against the same period of last year.
In Q1 2020 as many as 475.9 million people used passenger transportation services, 96.3% as against January-March 2019. Passenger mileage amounted to 5,780.2 million passenger-kilometers, 98.7% as against the same period of last year.
