MINSK, 27 December (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Serbia Sergei Malinovsky has met with Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia Jovan Janjic, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Serbia.
"During the meeting, the parties discussed the state and prospects for the Belarusian-Serbian interparliamentary cooperation and the role of interparliamentary contacts in promoting the bilateral interaction in various areas, including the economy," the embassy stated.
The parties also highlighted the importance of supporting the interests of Belarus and Serbia through the parliamentary dimension.
