MINSK, 1 March (BelTA) – The list of traceable goods was expanded in Belarus on 1 March, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties told BelTA.

Starting 1 March 2026, traceability will apply to washing machines and televisions (both new and used), as well as vacuum cleaners, robotic vacuum cleaners, electric irons, kitchen machines, dishwashers, electric kettles, electric multicookers, microwave ovens, electric stoves (cooktops), electric drills, and hair dryers. Previously, traceability was limited to refrigerators and freezers (both new and used), as well as tires, covers, and bicycle parts.

Business entities involved in circulation of goods subject to traceability have the following obligations: use electronic consignment notes, submit complete and accurate information to the “Goods Traceability System” software package, and maintain quantitative records of goods in the units of measurement required to be indicated on the electronic consignment notes.

Operations related to the circulation of such goods include the shipment or receipt of goods from places of sale or storage under purchase and sale agreements, barter agreements, providing for the sale and/or transfer of goods within Belarus and/or other EAEU member states; the shipment and/or transfer or receipt of goods under commission agreements, agency agreements, and other similar agreements, storage agreements, contracts, financial leases (leasing), commercial loans, and the provision of logistics services, including the shipment and/or transfer or receipt of goods from exhibitions and fairs within Belarus and/or other EAEU member states; and the use in production and/or transportation of goods.

More information can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties in the section “Traceability of Goods”.
