MINSK, 15 January (BelTA) – The agricultural output by all types of agricultural producers (state-run enterprises, private farms, subsidiary plots of individuals) reached Br36.3 billion in Belarus in 2024, up by 3.4% over 2023 in comparable prices, BelTA has learned from the National Statistics Committee.
Agricultural enterprises manufactured Br29.7 billion worth of products, up by 5.1% in comparable prices year-on-year.
Minsk Oblast and Brest Oblast were the biggest contributors to the national agricultural output: 26.4% and 23% respectively. They were followed by Grodno Oblast (18.3%), Gomel oblast (11.3%), Vitebsk Oblast (11%) and Mogilev Oblast (9.9%).
