MINSK, 25 October (BelTA) – Euronews and large PR agencies of the UK, Germany, and Russia had said they are ready to cover the 2019 European Games in Belarus, Belarusian Information Minister Alexander Karlyukevich noted during an online conference hosted by BelTA on 25 October.
When asked about cooperation with such large international TV channels as Eurosport and Euronews in covering the upcoming event, the information minister remarked that the negotiations are underway. “A meeting with Euronews top managers will take place in the near future. They expressed their wish to work in this direction. We plan to hold talks with several reputable foreign mass media, with the largest PR agencies of the UK, Germany, and Russia, which earlier said they are ready to provide a package of services to cover the European Games in Belarus,” Alexander Karlyukevich underlined.
He stressed that partner organizations will be chosen though a competitive selection process, with the participation of the parties concerned and in coordination with the European Olympic Committees.
