MINSK, 23 March (BelTA) – On 21 March Belarus' Council of Ministers issued resolution No.212 to approve the Belarusian-Russian intergovernmental agreement on the joint technical support for the regional military group of the two countries. The agreement was signed in Minsk on 2 November 2016, the press service of the Belarusian government told BelTA.
The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to notify Russia that Belarus has fulfilled the intrastate procedures the agreement requires in order to come into force.
The resolution was passed in accordance with Article 21 of the law “On international agreements of the Republic of Belarus” of 23 July 2008.
