MINSK, 15 November (BelTA) - Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 406 “On appointment and dismissal of judges”, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Stanislav Danilyuk has been appointed judge of the Constitutional Court. Valery Kraiko has been appointed chairman of the Minsk Oblast Court.
By this decree, the President also appointed and dismissed judges and chairs of courts in various regions of Belarus.
