The Paralympics festival No Borders in Sport - Vitebsk Oblast 2018 gathered about 100 participants from Belarus and Russia in Vitebsk on 24 April.
The program of the forum included wheelchair dancing and other competitions. The festival was held as part of the national plan of action to implement the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for 2017-2025 in Belarus and further assistance to the development of inclusive and integration processes in the society. The forum is organized by the Vitebsk State Medical University and the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee.
