The gala concert “Time has chosen us” for the participants of the first session of the 7th Belarusian People's Congress was held at the Palace of Sports in the Belarusian capital on 24 April. The concert program was accompanied by the Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus under the baton of chief conductor Vitaly Kulbakov. The event was organized by the Culture Ministry.
