There are no differences of opinion in Belarus-Russia relations, which cannot be resolved through smart compromises. Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei made the statement after meeting with Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on 15 November. According to Vladimir Makei, the negotiations with Sergei Lavrov proceeded in a trustful manner. The sides signed a program of coordinated foreign policy actions of the states parties to the Union State Foundation Agreement for 2018-2019.
