The 26th international summer camp Be-La-Rus 2017 opened near the Mound of Friendship in Verkhnedvinsk District, Vitebsk Oblast at the tripoint between Belarus, Russia, and Latvia on 27 July. УThe camp will run through 30 July. This year it gathered over 600 members of youth organizations, veterans of the youth movement, and honorary guests. Be-La-Rus is organized by the BRSM Youth Union, the Latvian Youth Progress Union, and the Russian Union of Youth.
