MINSK, 15 March (BelTA) - Belarusian rhythmic gymnasts claimed two gold medals at the start of the Gymnastik International 2026, an international tournament in Fellbach-Schmiden, Germany, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Gymnastics Association.
In the senior division, our Darya Viarenich secured victory in the all-around, scoring a total of 108.820 points across four apparatus. Second place, with a gap of more than three points, went to Helene Karbanov of France, while Switzerland’s Lauren Gruniger rounded out the top three, edging out Belarusian Darya Tkatcheva in the battle for bronze.
In the team competition among juniors, Belarusian gymnasts Kseniya Bandarenka and Margarita Zhurovich posted the best result. On 15 March, the gymnasts will compete for medals in individual event finals.
