The event was widely covered by central and regional media in Thailand.

As BelTA reported earlier, the flight program to Thailand was launched at Minsk National Airport on 8 January. The first passengers of the flight were seen off with a formal ceremony. Guests of honor attended a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the symbolic event.

The aircraft delivered tourists to the popular resort of Pattaya. Charter flights will operate every 10–11 days using new Airbus A330 aircraft.
