MINSK, 26 January (BelTA) – The forum “Smart Sustainable Cities: Social, Economic and Regulatory Components” will take place in Minsk on 15-17 February, BelTA learned from the Communications and Informatization Ministry.
According to the ministry, the forum is organized for representatives of ministries and agencies, regulatory bodies, municipalities, telecommunications operators, higher and secondary educational institutions, manufacturers of telecommunications equipment, scientific and design institutes, software developers and other interested organizations of member states, sector members and associate members of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The event will be held in a hybrid format.
Meetings of the ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector Regional Study Groups for Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Transcaucasia will take place alongside with the forum.
The forum is organized by the International Telecommunication Union together with Giprosvyaz and with the support of the Communications and Informatization Ministry.
