MOLODECHNO, 11 October (BelTA) – Molodechno is playing host to the nationwide social and cultural campaign Marathon of Unity, BelTA has learned.On the first day of the marathon, October 11, bloggers and participants of creative groups from other regions will go on excursions to the enterprises and landmarks of the region. As of 12:00, the bloggers had visited the Molodechno Mebel enterprise, the Minsk Oblast Puppet Theater Batleika and the Radoshkovichi Ceramic Factory.
Two “Not-boring not-lectures” meetings will take place as part of the marathon project.
According to Olga Topdemir, head of the main department for ideology and youth affairs of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee, the Marathon of Unity has aroused significant interest. “A lot of applications are submitted to join the quest organized by the BRSM Youth Union. I think there will be a lot of action here tomorrow. Especially at the site near the ice arena. The fact that two cosmonauts are visiting us attracts much public attention. This cannot go unnoticed,” she added.
