
MINSK, 18 April (BelTA) - The CIS Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives will convene for a meeting at the CIS Executive Committee in Minsk on 22 April, BelTA learned from the CIS Executive Committee.
The plenipotentiary representatives are set to take stock of the meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council which was held in Almaty on 11 April and outline the tasks for the implementation of the documents adopted by the CIS Foreign Ministers Council and the agreements reached.
The meeting will also review the progress in the implementation of measures to hold the Year of Volunteer Movement in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2024, consider a draft press release on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
