Belarus' tourism potential presented at Balttour 2020 in Riga

MINSK, 31 January (BelTA) – A Belarusian exposition has been opened as part of the 27th international travel trade fair Balttour 2020 in Riga, Latvia, the press service of the National Marketing Center of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA. The exposition was organized by the center.

The Belarusian booth offers a glimpse of the recreation opportunities available in Belarus while focusing on medical tourism. The exposition features the country's top sanatoriums and health resorts, hotels and inns, the Mir Castle complex, and a medical services web portal.

The collective booth was opened by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Latvia Vasily Markovich.

As many as 860 companies from over 40 countries are taking part in the international travel trade fair Balttour 2020. The trade fair is expected to attract at least 30,000 visitors from various European countries.
