MINSK, 23 October (BelTA) – Belarus will present its tourism potential at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), which will take place in Shanghai on 5-10 November, the National Tourism Agency of Belarus told BelTA.
“Special attention is being given to promoting Belarus as an attractive destination for Chinese tourists. The exhibition will feature a wide range of opportunities for leisure and travel. This is a unique chance to demonstrate the rich culture, picturesque nature, and hospitality of the Belarusian people,” the National Tourism Agency said.
Visitors will be able to learn about new tourist routes, health resort treatment, eco‑tourism, and opportunities for active recreation.
Preparations for the event are on the home stretch. On 23 October, the Belinterexpo enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized an online seminar for members of the Belarusian delegation. Experts shared practical case studies, current practices, and analyzed the legal and logistical aspects of participation in CIIE. The central theme of this year’s exhibition is Flax - Belarusian Gold.

“Belarus’ participation in CIIE is an important step toward expanding cooperation with China in tourism and strengthening economic ties between the two countries,” the agency added.
