MINSK, 2 September (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko will hold a Q&A session titled “Open Microphone with the President” at Vitebsk State University on 2 September, BelTA has learned.
The head of state will be briefed on the state and development prospects of the university, talk to university students from Vitebsk Oblast, and answer their questions.
Vitebsk State University named after Piotr Masherov was founded in 1910. The university has 10 faculties, 28 departments, the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining, a military department, two colleges, a lyceum, a postgraduate program, and a scientific library.
The head of state will also see an exhibition dedicated to scientific activities of Vitebsk Oblast universities.
