
MINSK, 12 October (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to the people of Spain as the country celebrates National Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The head of state noted that this holiday embodies the honor and dignity, courage and self-sacrifice of the Spanish people, reflects its significant role in European and world history, and symbolizes the country’s unity.
“I am confident that the pursuit of peaceful and mutually beneficial cooperation, constructive dialogue, and friendly relations fully aligns with the genuine interests of the Belarusian and Spanish peoples and will remain the foundation of our bilateral ties, despite the complicated geopolitical trends of recent years,” emphasized Aleksandr Lukashenko.
