MINSK, 8 January (BelTA) - There was collusion and betrayal in the case of the abduction of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro by the Americans, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said during a ceremony to present the Spiritual Revival awards in Minsk, BelTA has learned.
“I want you to understand: everything was present. There were agreements, payments made, including to people in Venezuela, both military and civilian. There was collusion, and there was betrayal. It was all there,” the Belarusian leader said.
"Therefore, we must be as cautious as possible," he emphasized. "We once again have been convinced that we must be strong."
