MINSK, 21 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has offered condolences to Governor General of Canada Julie Payette over the mass killing of civilians in Nova Scotia, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The president noted that it was with great sorrow that Belarus learned the news about the mass shooting. “We share the grief and pain of the irreparable loss of innocent victims of this ruthless crime that cannot by justified. We strongly condemn any forms of violence, aggression and intolerance,” the message reads.
On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
