Lukashenko confirms Belarus' interest in strengthening ties with Panama

MINSK, 3 November (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to President José Raúl Mulino of Panama as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.

“In Belarus, we deeply respect the history and achievements of the Panamanian people, who, with their inherent resilience and wisdom, have managed to build a modern state with a dynamic economy,” the message of greetings reads.

The president confirmed Minsk's interest in invigorating relations with Panama and effectively utilizing opportunities to strengthen trade and economic cooperation.

“I am confident that through our joint efforts, we can significantly expand our bilateral partnership for the benefit of our nations,” the Belarusian leader emphasized.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished José Raúl Mulino good health and success in implementing his plans, and wished the people of Panama happiness, peace, and harmony.
