MINSK, 3 June (BelTA) – The relations between Ukraine and Belarus are a test of professional competence for the Ukrainian political elite, Russian political analyst Sergei Mikheyev told the Belarusian TV channel ONT, BelTA has learned.
“As for the relations between Ukraine and Belarus, I believe that this is a test of professional aptitude for the Ukrainian political elite. And they are failing it,” Sergei Mikheyev noted.
Maintaining normal relations with Belarus is beneficial for Ukraine, Sergei Mikheyev believes. “They are ruining their own country for the sake of fitting into someone else's geopolitical agenda,” he said.
