MINSK, 17 October (BelTA) – Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei had a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The two ministers talked over issues related to the Belarusian-Russian relations, contacts between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and also the development of the situation in the regions of heightened tension,” the ministry said.
