MINSK, 20 December (BelTA) – Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has endorsed the proposals on new appointments in the MFA system, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei told the media following the meeting with the president, BelTA has learned.
"Proposals were made regarding some appointments in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the management level, regarding the appointment of heads of a number of embassies. All proposals have been generally supported," the minister said.
According to him, formalized concrete decisions will be made in the near future. ""All proposals have been generally supported. A formalized concrete decision will be made soon. This requires time as we need to request agremans for certain positions, to conduct legal procedures," Vladimir Makei explained.
