MOSCOW, 25 May (BelTA) – Removing the Belarusian state flag from the the IIHF World Championship flagpoles in Riga is an outrageous act, spokesman for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov told the media, BelTA has learned.
"We have seen that the flag of Belarus has been replaced by a flag, which is not the flag of Belarus. This is, of course, outrageous," Dmitry Peskov said.
