MOSCOW, 27 February (BelTA) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization is closely monitoring the development of the situation on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border, reads a commentary by the CSTO Secretariat on the situation on the border of these states, BelTA learned from the CSTO press service.
