Belarus-Bulgaria parliamentary cooperation hailed as vibrant

MINSK, 8 November (BelTA) – Belarus and Bulgaria emphasize a positive momentum in bilateral parliamentary relations. The matter was discussed at a meeting of Belarus' Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Kravchenko with outgoing Bulgaria's Ambassador to Belarus Angel Ganev, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties took stock of the progress made in the Belarusian-Bulgarian cooperation over the past years, hailed vibrant parliamentary ties and trade between the two countries,” the ministry said.

The parties agreed with the need to promote mutual understanding between Belarus and Bulgaria and enhance the efficiency of bilateral economic and humanitarian contacts.

The deputy minister thanked the Bulgarian ambassador for his contribution to the development of the Belarusian-Bulgarian relations.
